Suitable for high-frequency DC welding power supplies installed in automatic machines. Depending on the type of welded product, you can freely select six control modes and three frequencies for the most suitable welding, achieving high-quality welding. Additionally, the power supply has a built-in welding monitoring function, which uses Ethernet communication to output the results of the monitoring values to external machines, enhancing and strengthening the management of welding quality.

    Each welding program can be selected to set the frequency suitable for product welding

    Constant current, constant voltage, constant power, primary peak value, average primary current, fixed pulse width output

    Within 127 steps, you can freely set "UP," "WELD," "DOWN," and "cool."
    It can perform various welding waveforms such as multi-stage inclined current and arbitrary waveform pulsating current

  • Welding condition compensation function (target value compensation function)

    Use IO signals to fine-tune the target value of the welding waveform. No need to change soldering conditions (Program_No.), and adjustments can be made within a short time (within 10ms).

  • Built-in welding monitoring function

    Monitoring displays the average and peak values of current, voltage, power, and resistance, as well as limit monitoring and judgment results.

  • The deviation after the power-on stop signal starts is within 1ms

    By using high-speed processing with power-on stop commands, the error in workpiece displacement is reduced

  • Dustproof reinforced structure

    Designed to prevent failure even in harsh environments (dust, oil mist).
