  • Equipped with self-developed high-power ultrasonic welding system and integrated with multiple welding modes and dedicated data interfaces. It enables real-time welding quality monitoring and full-process data traceability, adapting to diversity and complex welding conditions for a wider range of application scenarios.

  • Auto-recognizes of external devices and synchronous invocation of welding recipes after identifying products.

  • Adopting a dual-converter system with full-wave horns and a classic direct-pressure welding structure, the equipment ensures even force distribution on workpiecesand highly stable welding performance, effectively eliminating welding deviation, insufficient welding and other defects.

  • Low amplitude and high pressure which balances the force on the horn, reduces localized wear, significantly lowers the horn’s abrasion rate, effectively extends its lifetime and reduces the maintenance costs.
