The TT6 has revolutionized ultrasonic metal welding through digital technology, achieving full-process control. Comprehensive control and support mechanisms ensure a high level of process reliability. Power interruptions can even be detected immediately, preventing defective products.

Wide range of applications, large cross-sectional area

TT6 can be widely used in various applications such as wiring harnesses and battery production. Applications also include high-voltage cables, cell connectors, and battery connectors. For example, a 9.6 kW highly flexible electrical box covers a wide range from 16 mm² to 95 mm², suitable for welding wires to contacts.
